As it stands there is background music, but no background image, on the overview screen on PS4. The overview screen is where you can scroll down and view recent activity for that game, related content etc.
I know it's a small thing but I really can't see a reason for it not to be included. If the majority of indie developers can find the time to include it then I would find it surprising if BioWare couldn't, given the presumed difference in available resources. It's not as if a new asset would have to be created because a perfectly suitable background image is displayed when you then boot the game from the overview screen - why not have it displayed at the same time the music kicks in?
