I am not sure if it has something to with the web browser or if it's the web code itself, or maybe it's because of the OS, but they are annoying see:

 

• Quoting posts are completely broken, they don't work for me. Pressing quote/multi-quote just brings me to a blank type-screen.
• Sometimes when clicking backspace in the text screen it can go back to the previous web screen instead of removing a letter/character. It's annoying as all hell.
• Holding the mouse cursor over the "last auto saved" in the text box will bring up this weird box in the field. It will fade if I don't move my mouse over it.

 

Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.14) Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Turn off the editor by clicking the "light switch" in the upper left corner. Then try to quote and post links. Bioware has never seen fit to fix the compatibly of their forum editor with IE 10 and 11. Lame.

You could use a different browser, but I find it easier just to turn off the editor.
