Yup, it is now 11:50AM EST and I have yet to recieve an email from EA saying that my order is being shipped along with a UPS Tracking #. Mind you I pre-ordered back in December and I'm hearing that people who has pre-ordered as late as last week, has already have their product shipped with a UPS Tracking code.

Anyone else who ordered from EA Store still not recieved a shipping confirmation email?

Check now. Mine just now showed as being at UPS and in transit. Now I can breath a sigh of relief and actually get some work done

I'm with MajesticJazz on this. Placed my pre-order 3 weeks ago. CE. Even paid for expedited shipping. Still no tracking number or notification.

Your shipment will ship today only if you had Release Date Delivery. It doesn't matter how long ago you shipped, it has to do with your delivery options.

I got mine on friday from EA. When I ordered Dragon Age I was a bit wary on their lack of online tools but DA came on release date. My CE edition of ME2 is in the mail. I can't wait for tomorrow.

I ordered my ME2 from the EA Store with the fastest shipping and I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation or tracking number yet. I had called them a few days ago because my order wasn't appearing in my order history on the site and they assured me that my order was fine so I believe and hope it will ship today. (I actually called twice, both times they told me the same thing)

Checked my order status on their website and it simply says "in process". Hmmph. Oh well...



I suppose it's in the hands of the Purple Unicorn of Zandar at this point.

Even if you haven't gotten a shipping confirmation I'd keep an eye/ear out for the UPS guys.

i got my tracking no. 2am saturday, so i am finding myself obsessviley going to ups.com hoping to see something other then "billing info recieved".....arrr the anticipation

Well I paid and Extra $16 for the 1-2 day Shipping which was the most expensive and fastest option they had available....

First off I would like to extend my happyness to you. Even though I think it is unfair, I am still glad that you got your copy so please, enjoy the game.

As for me, I think that sucks and this WILL BE the last time I purchase anything from EA Store. If I recieve the game tomorrow, then I have nothing to complain about, but if I have to wait to Friday or even Saturday to get it, despite me paying $16 for the fastest shipping, then I will be pissed.

I sent EA Customer Service an email about this last night and I have yet to recieve a response.

EA shiped dragon age after the release day when i orderd it. so with mass effect 2 i just went with retail store

I ordered from Amazon, have release date delivery and it shows that it still hasn't shipped. If I don't get this game tomorrow I'm probably going to flip a lid and knock somebody out Khalisah Al-Jilani style.

I should have my copy from EA probably by tomorrow. Much better than Amazon with Dragon Age.

I have to say this is probably the last time I preorder online. I still think I'll get it tomorrow, but all the doubt and worry is going to drive me insane. I only ordered online because I didn't know where I was going to be living on Jan 26th, so I figured this way I could change my shipping location if/when I moved and still ensure I got the Collector's Edition.

I JUST got an e-mail from Gamestop telling me there was a "probem" processing my order. Like the unhelpful folks they are, they failed to tell me exactly what the problem was, only vaguely saying it could be my billing address (since I've moved around), my shipping address, my card information, the name on the card (oh, did I forget my middle inital?), or about a dozen other problems.



Yeah, that narrows it down.



So, while my order is still "open", unless I hear back from them soon, I doubt I'll be getting my game anytime soon even though I paid for quick shipping and since it's the Collector's Edition I don't want to risk canceling my order and finding out nobody else is selling them.



Maybe it'll be resolved today... maybe it won't. But like all fans here, the wait is excruciating.
