I want to see it despatched today, please Game! If it is despatched today, I may get it tomorrow since I paid extra for express 1-day delivery. I'll most probably get it on Thursday though.

I am in exactly the same boat as you!  Well, at least, it's a similar one.  I'm living in Paris and waiting for my CE to arrive from game.co.uk...  So unbearable! 

I told myself I'd stay away from these forums until I got the game, but it's hard.  At least I won't read the spoiler forum.  That counts for something, right?

I moved from Paris to the country-side early last year, and now I see the postwoman something like two times a week (when thing are alright...).

I think she waits to have tons of letters to come.

While it says order committed in the status, it says this in the log:

Your order is currently being picked and packed.


However it has said picked and packed since this morning.

it was picked 4 days before it was sent, so dont get your hopes up. but fingers crossed eh

I've ordered pretty much most of my games from game.co.uk

The last of the few games I've ordered have been picked and packed and sent on the same day, but the orders I had in 2008 were usually 1-2 days apart such as Fable II. I guess it just depends on how lucky we are.

Hmm, I hope the 2-day Free Delivery thing is a conservative estimate. Do they use Royal Mail, or a courier? If it's Royal Mail, then presumably it's First class and therefore will arrive the next day?

Everybody else's has been despatched. Realistically I think it'll be dispatched tomorrow since I did the express delivery. Makes more sense.

Yeah i pre ordered from game a while ago with express delivery and the game arrived on day of release. With the free postage option there is more of a chance of getting it early from my experience.

Yeah, it seems to me that GAME aims to get the game to you for the day before release, just in case it arrives a day 'late'. I doubt they want us to get the game TWO days before release, though, so I expect my delivery won't come until Thursday
