So, I know we can only have one World State loaded in the Import slot at a time, but if you start one game with one world state and then switch the import world state with a new one and start another new game, will it effect the first game at all?

I don't know for sure, but I don't see how it could? Its not like events would witch in the first game because the first world state would have already been mentioned in game. Just my thoughts.

Well that's what I'm figuring, and it would make sense that you could switch it out and not alter games that are already using it but...I'm just trying to be on the safe side.

In the Keep, there's a section for 'playthrough states' (in the World States menu), where it puts the world states that your Inquisition playthroughs are using. If you delete *those* it might cause issues, but you can go ahead and put a different state into your export slot without it affecting current playthroughs.
