In the manual it says PrtScn

But it does nothing and there is no option to change the key binding.

 

I've tried several times pressing PrtScn but there is nothing in the screenshots folder.

Does anyone having same problem?

Are you looking specifically in your computer's save file for screenshots generally or for Dragon Age's screenshots? DAI has its own screenshot setup. If you search your computer for "Dragon Age Inquisition" and go into documents for it, I'm sure you'll find it. This is the same issue that I had, but finding DAI's folder for it fixed the problem. I'd list the location but my OS is on an SSD and everything else is on another drive so I have a bit of a screwy setup. Good luck.

If you are running OneDrive, it has an option under Settings, then Auto-Save, then Screenshots called "Automatically save screenshots I capture to OneDrive". Unticking this box should restore PrtScn functionality to Dragon Age: Inquisition.
