When at Haven, I was able to stock all of my followers (independently) with healing and regeneration potions, and a few with Antivan fire grenades.  My question is are the healing potions (currently I have 8) shared between the party of four and the grenades are not?  I also used on my Inquisition Perks to expand my amount of potions (not sure what it is called atm, but it is the very beginning perk) and I cannot seem to have more then 8 healing potions for some reason?  If they are shared, I don't know why I did this since I blew through a bunch of Elfroot out fitting my other three traveling party members...

I could've sworn when I loaded the game I took a healing potion to test this and it only counted down on my character, but it seems now that they are shared when I use them again?  Maybe I am missing something?  Totally possible.  I know for sure when I threw an Antivan fire grenade from my character, Dorian's count didn't drop...

Sorry if this has been asked before, but if there is an explanation anyone could point me to that would be great.

I believe they are shared and depending on how AI is setup they will use them when low. Never used the Grenades.

I ran out of MP pots and I never even noticed until I went to use one. Stupid Solsar or whatever his name is >.< At least that is how I think I lost them.

I am wondering if you refill at the camps does it take your elfroot like if you crafted them or does it just supply you with more.

Healing pots are shared but the others are not. Kind of a pain but you can slot regen on your melee characters and use those to restore their health.

Ok I think you are right, the healing potions are shared but the others don't appear to be.  It also seems odd that it appears you cannot remove potions from party members without them going through them.  I put a regen potion on Cassandra but she isn't currently one of my main party members so essentially using up resources.  But at least it is Elfroot and that is very easy to come by.

Also, has anyone else found a potion belt?  I found one that allows for one extra potion and despite having 6/6 regen potions on my character, each time I load a quick save it goes back to 5/6.  Appears to be a bug...
