From the tool tip, it says that the dmg is split between two %150 hits which is very normal. Just wanted to ask why in your experience you're experiencing high dmg.
I also wanted to ask this question. 3 strikes on an enemy is good but not amazing.

Seems pretty bad. In fact, taking it was what pushed me to a respec. The area of effect is pretty large, and it does not trigger FF for some reason, but the damage is pretty bad. In the same time it takes to do the move you could just auto attack for similar results. It's not really worth the stamina.
Perhaps if it knocked targets down, it would be worthwhile to take.

I recommend checking out Lastpawn's updates for Earthshaking Strike. May change you opinion on this ability.

it's OP because the fire ticks on the upgrade do 200% weapon damage not 20% like the UI states.

The upgrade is pretty good because of the glitch, it's actually extremely mediocre if it worked as intended.
That being said considering all bosses are pretty much immune to burning, I always hesitate going that far into the crappy 2h tree to get it.

Huh?! Bosses are immune to burning?
The hardest bosses, dragons are.
