I pre ordered the game about 3 weeks before it came out but I haven't received anything ingame that comes remotely close to the preorder bonus.

From what I read, If you got digital verion - check your email. If it was retail, ask the retailer or EA support - preorder bonus varied per country, not everyone got it.
