I am not playing it on PC or on casual for that matter (normal for me) but that sounds like a bug

Do you mean revive?
You have to hold whichever button it is until the cycle is done. It's not a simple right click option; and if you're interrupted by getting hit you have to restart your revival.

Yep, ideally if you have a rogue with stealth, use it.
