I can't stand the SP forums. I love the SP campaign, but on the forums it's the same people droning on about what's wrong with the game, even after all this time.

Very true- but its sort of amusing. Have you seen the ridiculous squabbles they manage to have on the LI threads? I mean, how do you get into an emotional argument over which fictional character makes the best fictional romance for your fictional character?   Seriously, show me 95% of the threads on the SP section and I'll show you some people who need to put down their video games from time to time.

It's kind of depressing for me because any reasonable discussion there inevitably seems to get derailed by the same tired complaints by the same tiresome complainers.

I see what you are talking about. Some of them have found so many faults into the game that they make me wonder how they can still love it.

Find it really ironic how he would call anyone a grande spammer when I've only seem him use grenade kits(mainly the krosent).

You should look at the DA:I section. I thought the Liara v Ash v Tali waifu wars were bad, but those people are on another level. There have been like 10 threads a day by MRA types complaining about how there are "only" 2 hetero romances for dude inquisitors, and that one has short hair or something.

I really wish I could post there. Rustled jimmies would ensue.

Only 2 hetero romance options? Lame. Very lame. Always wondered how commander Shepard gets less action than me. I'm a gamer that posts on forums & he saved the galaxy & has his own ship w/crew.

Ooohh I remember a great FRANTICWRAITH story.

 

He was with his 2 friends. He was using an AIU, the other one a flamer, and yes ofc.. the set up wouldn't be complete without a Juggernaut. I pug'd into their lobby, set up  with Giant/Reapers/Platinum. This was one of those games where everything was perfect. They camped in the lz, while I ran around with my Raider GI (this was the time I thought GI Piranha was the best til Knocking told me to try Raider GI). At first he was telling me "Kitten, get in the LZ.. we won't revive you if you go down", "God damn it Kitten, get in here.. you're going to get yourself killed". When he noticed I haven't been killed yet and there aren't really a lot of enemies going to their spot, he called me a "score ******", "that I'm making the match longer", which was funny because I did all 3 devices, delivered the pizza, and switched the target. I think he was salty because of our score difference.

 

He then sent me a message after the match "You f-ing noob, do you ever know what teamwork means? That score doesn't mean sh** because you're a cheater". 

 

It sucks, I liked his host a lot.

Since I suspect you're referring to my anecdote, here's another funny bit- so the player in question has reportedly harassed quite a few people for reload cancelling ("reload glitching", as he calls it) and yet, during that game where he called me a "grenade noob" I got sync'd and had a chance to spectate him; he was using a Javelin GI and was clearly reload cancelling. I actually asked him about it after he had went on his rant, and he responded with something like "you probably know more than me about glitching so you tell me" (or something comparably evasive). Douche alert.

Good gravy. If these people want to play a video game all about romance, why buy a fantasy RPG? And I don't see how they can complain about DAI romance, since apparently you can get gay with Iron Bull, which is just hilarious and amazing-

That said, I want to play with that one guy on PS3 that most everyone else here has hatemail from. Just so I can turn on my mic and call him names.

I get a lot of "Go die in a fire" from friends. That stems from a story about a pug match vs Collectors, I had blown this guy up once or twice, one of those MAY have been on a device disable but we pretty easily made it through the match and this was I think about the second or third game with him. So I send the guy a GG message after the match and I get back "Why don't you go F yourself and die in a fire?" I damn near pissed myself laughing.

 

I have a few from "That2Fase" that are just weird and almost unintelligible.

 

Got one from a pug that I revived in front of a turret five times, "Your dad really should've pulled out.............REALLLY!!!!!" I thought the caps on really set that one off.

 

One with MGers where I stole the package and made them fail resulted in a witty riddle: "wat does you moms and sis have in common?" then "I'm screwing both of them." I had to have a talk with mom because I wasn't aware she was getting so much action on the side and I don't think I have a sister.
