Hey all. So I spent one of my valuable inquisitor perk points on the mercantile perk that has merchants send me messages when their items are on sale. Sixty hours into the game and I have not seen one message. I've never even seen sales, for that matter, messages or no.
This thread serves a few purposes. First off, is this bugged? Second off, if it is, as it seems it is, then this is a warning to everyone. Third off, this is a question to the DA:I team if I'm doing something wrong. Where the hell are the Biowareans, anyway? They could answer a LOT of questions very easily. I'm talking like one sentence responses that would alleviate frustration.
