So I found a ring that says Enhanced Rampage Ring, it's a warrior only level 10 that increases ability duration by 30% but I can't find a rampage skill. What does this do?

I'm not sure about where the skill is, but it lets whoever equip it use that skill even longer.  i have so many of them cluttering up my inventory but I'm afraid to sell them incase i need that skill later
