Hello,
Its probably a bug but not sure. I played some 5 games and 2 out of those I got empty action bars. No potions and no spells.
First time it was from the start and second time was after the host left and we migrated to a new host. Before the host left I had everything on my action bars but after everything disappeared...
I have to say this is damn annoying as you are totally useless(ok perhaps not totally) to your team... Worse then a lvl 1.
