If this topic exists somewhere else, which I'm sure it does considering all that is going on. I simply wanted to know is it possible to still get a refund on this game? I bought it the day before it came out pre-loaded it, and I thought I remember it saying I had seven days to contact them and refund it if I'm displeased. After 30 hours into this game and the herndous amount of problems I've encountered and still tried to strugle through with them. I've ran into one to many game breaking bugs, and have deemed this was just not released properly. Even if I can't get my refund I want to be assured I can not get it. So if anyone can point me in the right direction to gather this information that would be lovely. I have tried several searches online trying to figure this information out with 0 results. I did find a way to contact their customer support through live chat, but It didn't have refund under then drag down bar. So any information would be great, and thank you.

It depends, if you have purchased the game through Origin these rules apply:

1. 24 Hours if you have started the game

2. 7 days if you have not launched it

3. If it´s not Origin, go to retailer and plee for murcy
