have like 4/5 red lyriums shards for my quest and one of my loot items is underground its bugged cant loot hope it isnt the last red lyrium but my feeling says yeah it is is there a way to cancel the quest and do it again? and if its not the last red lyrium shard then its a bug anyways loot isnt suppose to be in the ground hope they fix it anways

I have the same problem. Loot spawned inside the wall, I can see the outline just like in your picture (different location, mine is in a wall above a doorframe) but I can't loot the shard. So now I can't progress the quest and I can't leave the area, so... I guess I have to just stop playing until it's fixed?

Hey, I have the EXACT same problem in the same spot. Did you get past it? skip it? There is nothing left to  kill or loot in the entire area.

 

I loaded a save from before that area, same bug.

 

Help?

I have the same issue as well.  The loot bag is stuck on the top of a door frame.  Grrrrr.
