On map its just called dungeon entrance i went in and found somefind rune or marking on wall but i have no idea how to open it what do i do?

You need to activate those Green fire Braziers with a Mage and look at them while holding one of those green torches. I think Solas at some point will give you a quest where you learn it. Should be fairly early on i think.
