Yes, you can do that in game, but you can't in Keep and they won't add it. To complicated.
To be a little bit more precise, the romance tile in the Keep represents who your Warden ended up with. In game it was possible to have multiple active romance fully complete, but that was due to bugs so it won't be represented in the Keep. They won't be doing partial romances because of before mentioned difficulty.
Now then if you romanced both Leliana and Morrigan, then basically use Witch Hunt to determine what your Warden's final choice was. If you step through the mirror you are choosing Morrigan and if you don't you are choosing Leliana. I believe I read they fixed it so you can have a human child with Morrigan even if you don't choose her romance tile, so that should cover all possibilities.
Romances only refer to your main squeeze in Origins or DA2, nothing else. You wouldn't count the prostitutes at the Rose or the Pearl to be romances just because you slept with them, same goes for swapping Lilly with Morrigan or vice verse. You might have put a baby in Morrigan's oven, but you didn't romance her.

You apparently missed all the people requesting sleeping with Isabella in the Pearl to be added to the Keep. AUGH that was a frustrating time.

Nothing made me bang my head against the wall more during the closed Beta than telling all these people it didn't matter and having to read them go on about how it really had an effect on DA2. Some tried to tell me that I couldn't say it wasn't important because it might be later. Ugh.
