Hello, I am stuck on two spots and after 6 hours, I am frustrated (thanks to my OCD). One is I cannot find more Halla status to open the door when i go to find blackmail material on Grand Duchess. Second is I can't figure out option to arrest the Duchess - detaining her always results in a fight (I have blackmail material on all three). I suspect my second problem is I am not using the elven locket as a blackmail option in the dialogue.
I am going to play this quest all over but curios as to how the heck I can find the Halla statue for the Royal wing doors...
