So my problem is I'm 20/21 regions in the exalted planes and I can't find that last region can anyone help?
I've walked all over the map so I'm probably not missing some secret regions like the dragon area in the planes.
I assume it's some region that can be missed even if you cleared the map fog? Something similar happened in Crestwood where I was missing the port area near the bandit keep you can claim, despite having the area being fully revealed.

How do you find out what regions you have? Did you ride around the map and write down every title that pops up?

I haven't done the quest where you had to smash tombs. Once you unlock the door, do you get an extra area? (I already got the area by standing close to it)

No I think that area is already included.
Same Issue, only thing i can think of is the door inside Citadel Du Corbeau... the one that says "open" but nothing happens and the 3 guards wont move out of the way.

You might miss the garrison port north and slightly east of it(the keep you can capture). At least that was the thing I missed despite the whole map being cleared of fog.
I'm also missing one in Exalted Plains (and Western Approach) that I cannot find despite the maps appearing uncovered and having completed all quests and collections (short of one mosaic piece I can't find in EP).

I think that is what I am missing, but when go looking the only thing I find near the Riverside Garrison is a campsite.
No-one has 21/21, it is another Bioware mistake and probably something to do with cutting out of content previously had placed in game but forgot to remove adjust the collections quest for regions on it when removed that region. That region was probably behind the door in the tower which can not be accessed at any time or in any way despite the interaction still being present and of which is another thing they forgot to remove when they removed that final region.

Do some research first. There are some people who have 21/21. The problem is that a part of the exalted plains, apparently is not registering when you pass through it, for most people. I actually had it myself with one character, no idea how. Can't seem to get it on my 2nd playthrough, though. There's more info here,

I have seen no evidence of anyone with 21/21, I have seen a couple people claim they have it but neither provided evidence to show they actually had so I brushed them off as people claiming they had it because they were tired of seeing so many bug reports and glitches mentioned on the forums. So if you have it then please screenshot/take picture on phone and link it so I can see it is possible rather than just being a couple people who just say it is possible despite no evidence that it was/is.
It would already be nice to know what the ****** name of that 21.region is nobody in that thread posted that.
So gotta agree basically worthless claims from these supposed 21/21 region people.
Going through my screenshots I did find that went to inaccessible areas in the Exalted Plains. So that might explain how I got the 21/21. I do wish, however I had my original saves, as I just can't seem to get it on my 2nd playthrough, and I've wasted hours on it. It's driving me nuts.

Honestly, I don't know. On my first playthrough I wasn't paying much attention where I went, as I didn't know this would be a problem much later. I have been trying to get it on my 2nd playthrough, going through the inaccessible areas, to no avail.

I was having this same issue, just fast travelled to the dalish camp, and the regions of the plains completed as soon as I got there. I'd been here dozens of times before.... Something for the rest of you to try at least.
