Quest From the Beyond on Exalted Plains. The Dalish Keeper Hawen asks you to clear out the burial ground of demons (taking care not to desecrate graves).
When I go to turn in the quest to him after completing it he has moved from the Dalish camp to a nearby hill (which is fine). I see him on a hill from a distance, but as I approach he vanishes.
I've changed my settings from Ultra to High to Medium to Low moving back and forth to try and talk to him. I've saved nearly on top of him and the loaded the save on four different graphic settings to try and get him to pop next to me. I even used the tactical camera to position my Inquisitor just outside the visible range so I could see him. Then ordered my companion to stand next to him and hold. I kept trying to switch to them (with the F4 key since they were party member four) to try and get them to talk to him before he vanished.
Is this a bug or is there some other method I'm missing to turn in? I'd really like those dalish rep points so I can recruit that agent. 
The vanishing NPC problem has been plaguing me for a while (specifically in Skyhold) but usually just saving them game and loading it makes them pop up fine. Not sure what to do at this point.

EDIT: Further resolved the map taking the east, west, and south ramparts. Went back to skyhold to do a companion quest and when I returned to the map the keeper was located back at the camp and I was able to turn in the quest(s). Odd hope this helps to track down a bug fix for a future patch though
