Got stuck in Before the Dawn (Cullen's quest) at the part where you go to the war room and find "Dispatch agents to locate Maddox" and I swear I'd seen it in there, but I had to wait for cullen's forces to come back. So I came back and now I can't find it.
I was trying to speed through the quest because I try to do that with all the characters. Easier to focus on one at a time. Maybe that's an issue?? Am I not supposed to finish it at my level? Because I'm only at 11ish.
It would help maybe if someone could take a picture of where it is in the war room map because, despite running over it 10 times, maybe I missed it?
