Players have the option to initiate flirtatious dialogue with Scout Harding yet it goes nowhere. She doesn't even turn you down . She asks you about your flirtation and if you say that you have feelings for her she decides to hold off o doing anything until the Main Quest is over. Yet when that happens nothing more is said of the matter. It would be nice if some post-game DLC allowed the player the option to initiate a romance with her. Especially considering that Male inquisitors have 4 romance options while females have 6 (I'm not aware if she flirts with Female Inquisitors like she does the Males).
Resolution to Scout Harding "romance"

I agree, I really wanted to see how the Harding romance turned out, I think the main reason is because its out the norm of what I have seen, usually its humans and elves but this is the first female dwarf romance I have ever seen in any media and I really wanted to see how Bioware would have taken it.
I hope they do put it in an patch if its bugged or finish it off as part of a dlc. It would only make the game better for it.

Yeah...I would have liked to see that Dwarf scene too....maybe with the player as a QUnari warrior and...
Uhh....

Maybe it will be expanded upon in DLC. I can definitely see a DLC focused around character interactions, kind of like ME3's citadel DLC. Especially given how stale all post-game dialogue is.

Thumbs up to this. Scout Harding is rad and it seems like a glitch that it just disappears.

So IF you are not into males and play a male your choices are only 2 right ? ;d Cassandra or that ahhh.. Josephine ? Yes.
Oh well. in origins you had Leliana and Morrigan only, as a Male-female pairing right ? Could you romance Wynn, haha ?
Just wondering. I didn't have her in my party.
I did 'flirt' with Harding once though just for fun. Maybe couple of times with Cassandra(annoys me sometimes but often immediately 'redeems' herself ;d).
I kinda like Sera,i know i can't romance her though. It is funny how you can just instantly go for it, i have not made up my mind about any of them yet (30-35hrs) too early. Maybe only about Viviene, she is pretty bad and stupid. We will see further in. Ohh you can also romance her as a male right ? or no ?
Often i like the flirt/romance option as a response more than the others, but i know i shouldn't click it ;d Probably.
Much off topic, apologies. ;d

Scout Harding is hands down the my most pined-for romance.
My most pined for romance is Dagna but then Harding would be nice too. I ended up romancing Josephine.

Wait, you can flirt with Harding? The first time I saw her, other than thinking "Oh, hey, Liara!", I wondered if you could flirt with her because she's gorgeous! And also she makes me want to start a female dwarf and choose rogue.

BTW, I flirted with Harding enough that she asked if I meant anything by it and when I replied that I was interested in her she said we should have a drink together sometime. Nothing ever came of that, there is no cut scene but I think on my next play through I'm going to only flirt with her in hopes of some DLC that allows it.

Am I the only super hardcore Dagna fan who had her ruined for me by placing her in the crafting area and having her repeat the same ambient dialogue every single time I enter the area? I mean - 100 hours ago she was one of my favorite side characters form DAO and I was so pumped when she turned out to be my arcanist... now I kind of cant stand her. I feel like I must have spurned a widow or broken a mirror or something.

The breakdown for current romance options really is unbalance, but if you really wanted to be fair about it, it looks like this.
Straight Male: Cassandra and Josephine
Straight Female: Blackwall, Iron Bull, Cullan, and Solas (With our favorite -former- templar and Solas being stupidly race-gated of course)
Gay Male: Dorian and Iron Bull
Gay Female: Sera and Josephine.
Man those straight ladies made off like highwaywomen as far as romance options went. However, straight males have the same number of options as gay males or females. - Personally, as I can not stand Sera, Josephine is rather my only real option for some lady loving.
I would love to see Harding made into a fullblown LI. Bisexual, not race-gated. (I'd also like a tumble with Viv, but thats about as likely as getting to play with Varric's chest hair)
Breaking it down as the OP did, Female only options, I personally only find,Josie, and Bull romanceable (with Cullan as a maybe). I actually dont really care for Blackwall, or Solas for that matter. For Male only, Cass, Josie, Bull and Dorian are all totally do-able. So really, I think the guys are almost better off with actual interesting LIs.
I want more flirting, with more characters. I'd love to be able to hit on Liliana, more so if she wasnt romanced by the Warden. Just to see what this colder verson of her wold do.

Throwing my hat in for a Harding romance and seconding Lady_Intimidator's "no gender/race gating", yes please! Bioware seems intent of blocking all my potential Dwarf LI's. Sigrun, Varric (though I'm mostly ok with that), Dagna, and Harding, just let us love you *sighs wistfully*

Why would she be? She's an adult woman and obviously looks like one.
