I pre-ordered the deluxe edition for this game, and once it got here I decided I wouldn't redeem the armor and weapons until I was a while into the game so they would be less over-powered. So at 20 hours in I've just decided to go for the armor and weapons now, I download all the stuff, and then I can't find the items. I look it up and apparently the only point where you can actually retrieve the equipment is just after the prologue. Is this true? Is there no way to get this stuff past that point? If so than I would suggest that they put a chest in Skyhold somewhere for those who didn't get it at the start.

Just noticed a chest in Undercroft at Skyhold that gives you the items for your starting class and the schematics for all the others.
