Remember how the devs said that sometimes our choices could result in a game over without us dying in combat? Anybody seen one of these choices? Also, how does one get the bad ending where the demons win and to those that got it, how is it?

I don't think it's in the game. I tried every choice so far and none of them lead to game over.

If you die in battle, you get a Game Over screen with a blurb on how the demons won. There is also another part in the story, The Winter Palace, where if your court approval rating drops to zero it's game over because of plot reasons. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
