I am missing the last item to construct the champion standard. I retraced my steps, wondering if I missed the drop or missed purchasing it somewhere. The standard requires 10 veridium, 3 heraldic symbols and 1 Way of the Champion. How do I get the last piece?

Edit: Found it. It was the book. It was located near Blackwall at Skyhold.
