She's very pretty. I'm going to use her as a base for a human female quizzie.
I promise to share the results with you when I get around to it!

If anyone feel like they are a blackbelt at using this CC, feel free to make a good human male template. Iv'e been toying with this editor now for three days without even coming close to making something that's playable for the 100+ hours the game takes.

something along the lines of those two would be incredible.

Thanks, Etheria. Love your female elf. She's lovely. Great work!
If this is deemed not appropriate, just let me know and I'll remove the post.

Without this I probably would still be trying to make a decent female human. Now if anyone can find a similar presentation of a really handsome male human, I would be stoked!!

There's a new subreddit for sliders, at the moment it's people begging for an Emma Watson slider (not really).

I restarted so many times I can turn the sound off and recite the whole prologue by heart. I just kept noticing little things that bothered me. Good God I never want to see the Hinterlands again...

I wish there are face codes for this game or even a grid reference on the sliders to make things easier.
I am trying to recreate Karen Gillan as an elf but I can't get it quite right yet.

Right? After how successful and useful the Mass Effect face codes proved to be, why didn't they retain that system for DAI? Now we have to meticulously match sliders in a CC that, while much more robust in terms of overall facial control, is an absolute pain to use because the end product never looks the same once in game.
Also LEGO Hair. Gah xD

Copying and Pasting this from another thread. It doesn't follow the formula because it's a bit out of place to begin with:
Hey everyone. I tried to make a male human (mage) who didn't look like the stereotypical "action movie hero." I did this because I've seen many fans voicing concerns about this issue. (Some want their male humans to look "pretty" - know what I'm saying?) So, I thought I would give the male human's CC a stab.
To be honest, his CC is extremely frustrating.
First, there is something ...off... with the editing process of the eyes. I can't pinpoint what it is, but it feel very limited. It feels like I can't position the eyes exactly where I want, nor can I rotate the outer corners a little higher for that "prettier" glare/glance.
Second, I thought there was something wrong with the chin/jaw, but I finally figured out what the issue is: his neck is too wide. You can't edit the neck size like you could in other games, therefore he will always look kinda "beefy" in that respect. The obstacle I keep running into is that if you reduce his jaw and chin size, he face looks shapeless on top of a really wide neck. If the neck could be slimmed down, then that would compliment a slimmer face. I think that's why we are seeing so many human males with chiseled man-jaws because that's the only way to make his head proportionate to that big neck.
But I did my best. Feel free to copy this man's sliders, or fiddle around with what I've come up with. At least it's a start.
Here's the link to all images of him, which includes CC sliders and the preset I started from. I'll post this up in the CC Slider thread too, but figured I'd share here.
Here is a video of him in action - sorry the thumbnail is weird, but the vid works. (Also, it's the very start of the game, so there are very little spoilers unless you've just never seen/heard of DA:I):
Here are a few screenshots of him:
-----------------
He's a loose replica of my elf - who looks much better in my opinion. I did my best. Good luck male human fans!

They said something about how they will incorporate your inquisitor's DNA into the Keep. I guess they haven't done it yet.

Yeah, that's something I'm still waiting for. I'm curious what they're going to do.
Generally, I this has been a great release so far, and that game's amazing despite it's creator limitations. Hopefully we'll hear about the next stage before Christman - Keep, DLC, creator expansions, and so on.

oh... we have a thread for sliders
Great...
Because i got multiple requests: I tried to recreate my slider settings for Yuani as i remembered them... the result should be somewhat similar to my original Yuani. Feel free to use her as your main character or as starting point in character creation:
Here she is: Yuani (Sliders Updated 14/12/04)
(HINT: Start with first head preset)
UPDATE 14/12/04: Updated slider settings for Yuani to get closer to my original Yuani. Enjoy!

Nevia, female elf
Spoiler
Sorry if my system doesn't make any sence. I'm extremely sleep deprived.
Fantastic. The system makes total sense. It's what I suggested we all use on p. 1 rather than pictures (although you mark x first, y second - I did the reverse). Great character! ![]()

Really? That's interesting. I wonder how many people find pictures easier to use. For my part, I just wanted a convenient system to save/reference during the long process of editing characters.

Yes, but it's easier to visually see where the cursor should be than interpret a coordinate system (how much is (35, 35)?).

Maybe I'm just good at eyeballing percentages of length then. So many years playing Warhammer probably...
