Have you gotten the Lazurite and Wisp Essences? They're in The Fallow Mire, iirc.

I am stuck as well. I vanquished the area prior to getting the "Way of the Knight Enchanter" quest. You'd think that the devs would at least supply a merc for this sort of situation right? No high-level Wraiths re-spawn, only the minor ones, and they only drop spirit essences. I have re-visited Fallow Mire countless times after going to other maps, have returned and no luck. In addition, I have farmed rift closures with nothing viable to show for it. At this point I am going to be forced to either select a different specialization or just game away without one. The two Wisp Essences I have were from my initial visit to the mire. Fun game though.
