people argue blizzard consume large amount of mana , but actually it is wrong use
blizzard can be toggle on/off you need to do it mannually. otherwise it won't deactivate until drain out all mana
you seldom need more than 10 sec duration which cost you 50 mana. with upgrade 225 damage/sec
and this power don't get mana restriction 5 mana to start , only cool down.
i really don't understand why winter grasp 65mana 200 damage single target freeze 3meter chill is better
only thing winter grasp can do instant freeze to save you / teamate . but actually i prefer horror do AoE panic + spirit damage
sure not for damage but AoE panic 20% armor reduction much better than 65 mana cost for single target
and horror cost 50 only
blizzard do AoE attack/ sec help teamate to kill faster
put blizzard along the path that enemies rush toward you , each of them will suffer around 4 secs until they finish leaving the area
or tank taunt all enimes and put blizzard do the same
the damage is a good start point for walking bomb beacuse it has already done some damage so you can do multiple kill easier
it do more damage than other coward control power like chain lighting as long as you use it tactically
it is not a power that simple press button
you need to watch the situation , toggle on/off
in the video OP post, it proofed that actually his mana was always increasing by the passive from death siphon when blizzard activated
only moment that drop mana when he was doing walking bomb
and the video show clearly it chilled/freezed multiple archer . winter grasp can chilled them , but not damage them
i only prefer exchange winter grasp with horror for OP build,blizzard is too good to drop ,
other power like ice mine 100% armor reduction only freeze the first target to step on the mine and it get 3 sec delay+ no damage make it not a gd choice
spirit mark have already discussed that is is not useful
the only problem that get blizzard is not enough skill point for all gd passive
