Oki now i am getting mad here 
i got 3 world states that i base on those 3 saves,i'd play the past dragon age hopping that my choice will carry over,i'd try too load any of my world states for 3 diffirent characters so the story can continue them (legacy for my 3 main character from origin and da2) ,but none of them work,saying they can't found it at all.
Those it take time to link togther or something?
Are you sure the Origins account you use for the Keep is the one linked to the games? You can check this at the account check page and seeing the personas the account is liked to. If the game system identity you used does not show in the personas, then there is no link. Otherwise, as long as your connection is good, the character should be uploaded to the dragon age servers as long as they are on.
Have you seen our guide to exporting world states? You should check it out if you haven't - if you follow all the steps there, your states should export no problem.
