By Andraste's tears! I can't for the life of me understand what Fortifying Blast does... does it add to the barrier you cast next (by 10% per person hit with the previous Mind Blast) or is it supposed to add a small barrier to the caster (a 10% mini barrier...which it does not for me, but I figure this was unlikely as it would only last a second).
Any help appreciated BSN
