hi
im new here, so after i logged in to the cerberus account in-game, how do i download the dlc(zaeed and normandy crash)? they directed me to bioware.com. how do i download the dlc?

You cant use the cerberus network yet as it has not yet been implemented. It will start when the game official releases tomorrow (26th).

actually it is up and running now, the cerberous that is it takes you to the dlc page with all the dlc content to download must of just been put up.

also you can purchase cerberous access if you dont have a serial for it evidently too

Thanks for clearing this up, I was getting fed up trying to find the menu to click on to download this stuff.



@ Jokerevo911: You need to log into ME2 first, then click the Cerberus network button on the main menu. As I now understand it once the down-loadable content becomes unlocked you will download and enable it there, much like how it is done in Dragon Age: Origins.

It's the 26th here, kinda annoying how we have to wait for the slowest time zone to catch up with us. Lots of shops are doing a midnight (US) release so it'll probably be up by then

hi i got the colectors edition but got error message that I can't establish connection/ has timed out. is there maybe a setting needed to enable in order to get connection? thanks

thank you monsterFish for including the link to user_entitlements. I though I'd lost forever my Blood Dragon Armor, let alone going crazy trying to figure out if the cerberus network was just a teaser or if there was actually associated dLC somewhere.
