Hey everyone, I have gotten fairly far into the game (50 hours or so) and finally hit Blackwall's quest. I went down into the prison, spoke with Cullen, ordered Cullen to get him out and--nothing happened. He said something about discussing it back at Skyhold. I headed back to Skyhold, but there's no new quest there. There's no one to speak with about it. It still says on my quest log that it's optional for me to force my advisors to get him out, but the quest marker is stuck in the prison. I went back down there, but there's nothing for me to interact with.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something? I'm playing on PC. If it's a bug I'd like to know so that I can just reload a previous save. Thank the Maker for those.

Your question just helped me! Had the same problem. I ended up loading a previous save thinking it was bugged. I think I can go back. Thanks for the post!
