[Vexed Forest]

I was just wondering where can I find Dorian and recruit him? I went with the Templar route. I saw him in at cutscene for a few seconds at Skyhold but can't find him. I tend to overlook obvious stuff sometimes, but where can I find him?

He stays in the library, down the stairs from where Leliana is.
