It would seem that this game has only 2 acceptable looking females (and you can't romance either).  Vivienne is fairly cute, when in the field, but once in camp and the head dress comes off, she looks like UFC fighter Anthony Johnson with eye liner.  Please please PLEASE put some hair on that chic. 

 

Several of the characters are almost spitting images of celebrities, with minor tweaks.  Blackwall - Christian Bale with a beard (give him the raspy Batman Voice to go with it!), and Solas - Norm Mcdonald (only funnier), and I swear I've seen Cassandra somewhere on TV recently (it hasn't come to me who she reminds me of yet, but it will).

While I do agree that she looks not so good without her hat on. It is a design choice that you should respect.

Yes, it is my opinion she looks like Michael Johnson.  If you don't know who he is, google it and see for yourself.

 

Edit: FAIL on my part.  It's Anthony RUMBLE Johnson, not Michael Johnson......

Actually she is bald for a reason. She wanted to be that way, at least she has a choice. There are several, actually many without that choice. Either a genetic trait or cancer.

 

Way ta go OP on making fun of people that are bald.  Yes, I went extreme here. But someone would have been disgruntled by this thread.

Oh shush.  She looks just fine the way that she is.  There are women in the real world who prefer to have that look.  Why should they all look the same?

I think they were going for a Grace Jones vibe with Vivienne. There isn't anything wrong with it and it doesn't need to be changed.

 

Having said that, it is a shame though that they apparently weren't able to get long hair to look good in the game, so you have an over abundance of very shot hair on female NPCs. Blame Frostbite I suppose.

I think Viv looks fantastic and the choice to keep the hair short under all those fab headdresses makes perfect sense.
