It's there on the war room map and I've been told to go there. But go to world map and it's not there. My quest marker in the area tells me to go the the war room and go to val royeaux. I go to the war room and nothing new happens and I can't fast travel to val royeaux. I'm getting really peeved now! Is it a bug or am I missing something?
getting annoyed now. val royeaux won't open up
