Searched the entire area but could not find any clue...
Go to Var Bellenaris, in the southwestern area of the map. Its a landmark, so you cant miss it. From there, turn LEFT, to the river, not right, and follow the waters. about the area you find the golden halla, your map should show that theres a hidden spot you can search for. collect it, and youf found it

The top part of the map shows the ruins in the southwest - the tomb just south of the Dalish camp. Stand at the entrance (between the two elk statues) and face away from the ruins, as shown in the pictures. Then, go directly left til you hit the shore of the big river. Then turn north and keep walking along the river. Keep searching and you will shortly find the secret cache, on the beach near the water's edge.
Well someone beat me to it, but there's another set of directions if you still can't find it.
