Ignoring the frankly large amount of bugs and technical problems in this game so far. I cannot seem to get the Book needed for Reaver. i cant talk to Bull about it, and the Book Vendor never had it after cleaning him out twice. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Reaver does not seem to work?
