I've been looking around for quite a while to answer the questions listed below but I cannot find any solid answers, so I'll just post them here, please answer. Thanks!

 

1. Is there a way to salvage loot (in single player) or am I supposed to just sell all of my extra stuff, I'm constantly finding my inventory full because I'm not sure how to get rid of this stuff.

 

2. Is it possible to pick some armor for example and increase it's level? I forgot what video I was watching but they said that you can increase the level of gear so you don't have to get rid of something cool looking. In my case, the deluxe edition armor.

 

3. And lastly, in multiplayer, there is a class called The Reaver. From what I understand he has some AOE skills that I'm interested in using with my singleplayer character. Is there a way to unlock those abilities or are they unique to that class and only in multiplayer?

You can get gear schematics, which you can craft repeatedly. The materials you use when you craft it will determine its stats (and colour scheme) but the general design remains the same. You can also snap other bits / runes on and off of the equipment, if the schematic has slots for it.

Varric's crossbow works as you describe I think (levels up with him) but I'm not sure if anything else does.

1: sell all your valuables that dont have a discription beside it. That will free up inventory.

3 : from what i hear the reaver class you will eventually come across a quest that unlocks it. This is the same for all other specializations.

I just came across the reaver quest line, and my inventory problems aren't as bad anymore.

Just one more question though.

There is a sprint button (Shift on PC), yet when I click it or hold it, I never run any faster..

Am I missing something?

Sell valuables except the yellows at the bottom, which you turn in for monster research.

 

You cannot level up items, only craft better ones from the same schematic.
