Hello, i am trying to start a new game. When i pick the ''new game' option, a message pops up and tell me that dragon age is downloading data from keep, but when i picked race and class, another message pops up, telling me that data are being imported from keep. After that loading, another message pops up telling me that no custom asset has been found, and therefore default one will be used...

Is it normal, or da keep is being ignored?

Double check that you imported your world state from the keep, other than that I can't think of what issue there could be.

nevermind, restarting the game did the trick
