I just wanted to warn everyone that Post-campaign is very disappointing I'm afraid. I am not sure how much of it might be bugs? ...but I completed the campaign with still plenty to do thinking I could just continue on as normal but there are quite a few issues.

1. None of my Skyhold upgrades work. I just tried upgrading the Courtyard but nothing shows up, though the Inquisitor does act as if the upgrade has been done.

2. Skyhold is also much more unstable, with things not loading, companions not appearing etc.

3. A biggie- Companions no longer talk to you at all, they just say 'hello' or something(sometimes nothing)...so for some reason everyone just shuns you! Really makes the game more boring.

4. All quests in 'Inner Circle' are gone, so for example, Cole no longer cares about his fate, Vivienne no longer wants the heart of a snowy Wyvern, Dorian's father no longer wants to see him. Very disappointing, and unnecessary imo.

Such a shame. It could have been epic, but as it is, it is a shell of the rest of the game, and it seems like a complete afterthought. I still have Emerald Graves, Hissing Wastes, Exalted Plains and Forbidden Oasis to explore, but it seems like I will have to wait for a new playthrough...and I had been saving them as well.

Before you start the last story quest there is big warning text, saying that some things might no longer be available after that quest, so do those quests before the end.

There is, but it doesn't say what, and tbh, it never even occurred to me that companions would no longer speak to you!

As far as I can tell though, it is mainly, possibly only, the Inner Circle quests that are unavailable, so it would be best to do them and speak to your companions as much as possible before completing the main quest.

These two are bugs. I restarted the game and they went away for me.

It was disappointing for me as well. When it said some content would be missing I was assuming it would pertain to more minor stuff that wouldn't make sense in the game post-Corypheus. But nope, every single one of your companions' side quests and their personal stories are inexplicably gone, as is your ability to talk to them, yet nothing else seems to be touched. What I want to know is, why? What's the point of getting rid of our ability to talk to our companions and go on their quests after the end? It's not like there could be that many conflicts.

I was hoping that companion interaction would not be affected by this as well.

This happened to me as well, it is pretty disappointing. Losing the companion dialogue seems like a glitch. Hopefully they'll release a patch for all of these glitches soon. Until then I've got a save right before the final mission that I'll just have to use.

Yeah, I've got a really weird bug, for some reason Solas isn't appearing and isn't even in my party! Such a shame Bioware, 0/10 worst game of the year of the decade

The epilogue clearly explains what happened to Solas.

So please let this be sarcasm.

So the Inner Circle quests are gone? So clearing maps is literally the only thing to do post-epilogue.... ugh.

This is really strange considering you could do companion quests and romances (assuming they survived) post-campaign in ME2

Pretty much, though the initial quests you get for each region are still available. For example, I still had the mission to make contact with Emerald Graves, and it seemed to play out as normal.

I had honestly hoped to get some post-campaign quests or dialogue where it would feel like they knew the final mission was completed, instead of one line where they thank me for saving the world and then send me out on a mission to weaken the enemy in a certain region like nothing happened.

Shame about the companion quests and dialogue disappearing though, the companions and romances are quite possibly the things i enjoy the most in bioware games.

My throne disappeared too. What if I hadn't done the Samson judgement operation before heading into the end battle? They're both avaiable on the table at the same time. That just would have been it?

I have Elsa the Ice Inquisitor, Varric, and Cassandra.

I think I could have gotten rid of Varric by killing Hawke, and Cassandra if I had been more mean to the Seekers at some point. But, you know, it was hard enough killing the dragon at the end with just the underlevelled muppets I had, so losing more would have been fatal :3

I will try to get rid of Varric and Cassandra post-game, but doubt it will happen. Varric is leaving soon to write books anyhow and I think Cassandra might just drink herself into oblivion after Leliana has now become the new Pope.

Sorry Cassie, I did try really hard to get Leliana killed in every way imaginable. At least I got to see her future-self die in the "DA: Days of Future Past" mission...(seriously, how obvious is it that a DA writer went to see that X-Men film while stuck for ideas, lol).
