I pre-ordered the Deluxe edition, where is the bonus content?

THe Deluxe edition, it never asked me for a code. Downloaded through Origin.

Chest in the house you wake up in. Then again in Skyhold, which I think is where the blacksmith is if I remember right.

Developers should make it more clear as to how to access bonus content.  I have tried searching online and confusion on what is and what is not the bonus deluxe content is pretty widespread.  I have not been able to find a specific official page from the developer on how to access it or what exactly it is.  Just vague pictures that the weapons look firey and there's armor stuff.  Throne and mounts are pretty clear but not the rest.

I own the Xbox version, see if there is any extra downloads you need that you don't have. If the chest doesn't give up the goods, it may not have downloaded that content.
