Having a horrible time running this game on my PC. Here are my specs:

 

 

 

Windows 7

 

AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor (4CPUs), ~3.0GHz

Memory 8192MB RAM

DirectX 11

 

NVIDIA GeForce GT 640

Memory 4038 MB

 

Most recent NVIDIA driver installed (344.75)

 

 

 

 

I've disabled the Origins overlay and I'm running the game on medium settings (except for the one that gets rid of shiny hair which is on high) and 50% resolution, and STILL the FPS drops to a crawl during fights and crowded scenes.

 

Is anything here jumping out at people as obviously wrong/bad?

****** poor hardware optimization for the PC version and bad QA done before release from Bioware is part of the problem. I expect there to be a large amount of incoming patches over next few weeks, perhaps months.

 

Outside of that...maybe telling people what resolution your playing it at would be of more help such as 1920x1080, 1600x900, 1280x1040, 1024x768 etc (50% does not make much sense, 50% of what?).
