Ok I'm sure there's just something I'm missing but I'm stuck on how to explore all of the Storm Coast. I can see the markers for two deposits of red lyrium but I can't figure out how to access that part of the area (there on the South-west part of the map).  I found a cave door I can't open, and I'm wondering if that leads to the other area.  Basically any hint on how to travel to the western part of the area would be great.

This Door is open when you access Skyhold and get quest Red Water in the war room after the destruction of Haven.
