I'm about to go crazy.
1. By the time I finish up with helping the templars find their veterans, I'm at one health potion and low health for a few characters.
2. I've already used the supply chest by the upper barracks door.
I feel like I'd do better on this fight if I just had some better preparation. As it stands, I have nothing. I'll even use a console command at this point just to get my potions back up so I won't have to think the game's setting me up to fail.
