Just got to Skyhold. One of the quests that is available now is recruiting an arcanist at the war table. Kind of confused on how to do this or where to go. If there's already a thread on this let me know. Any advice or help is much appreciated.

Just do the quest from the war table, I think I sent some troops to escort her. Have'nt worked out what use she is yet,
