Like-wise for the Qunari armor. I play mage though...still he's a head taller than everyone else and his hands look like they could crush someones head, haha. Hair-styles as well for Qunari, a long haired look like the Arishok would be really cool. And speaking of Qunari armor: the facepaint. I don't think there's any option to make facepaint (helmet) for Qunari characters, maybe give an option with that in crafter but use plants as a resourse? ...Actually, didn't the Qunari character have helmets in DA2? On the other hand no one really had our fantastic horns, they were more like shards.

Yes, in DA2 the Stens and Arvaarad had helms which were more or less full. And they threw spears dammit! I want to do that!

Crafting:

1) Ability to make a research (for a price maybe) of how weapon\armor were crafted, after research (wich could take even a couple of days) you'll get schematics of items you've just researched.

There is many gray\unique items which have a nice look, but is useless(low lvl\bad stats) because we can't craft them...Research feature could fix it.

2) Better Dye system...materials affect armor colors, but when we crafting new armor we are trying to craft it with best stats and because of it our character colored like a parrot\clown\rainbow...for example I want my armor to be black with some red cloth\leather...it's impossible to achieve desired look and stats with current system.

P.S. sorry for my english, hope you understand me well enough.

The War Table could use some work.  Some better distinction between what has been completed vs what has just been viewed.  Perhaps the ability to zoom in even further on a section, as parts of it start getting pretty crowded with the repeatable resource missions (I'm looking at you, Dales).

Just want to reiterate the resources that have been 'pinged' by the search radar need to be reconsidered as well.  When your primary ground colors are green, yellow, and white, having the outline be a pale greenish yellow is not even remotely helpful.

Could we add the ability to scale the UI down in size for PC? Everything is huge including the abilities, character portraits and quest tracker - it takes up a fair bit of screen space and I want to see more of this beautiful world!

This post could also be named : "Beta test feedback" or why paying 60$ to help EA out? Because they need money dammit! Maybe we should do a fundraiser.

This game should have been Kickstarted...

That being said, nice post. Hopefully it will be noticed by a Bioware employee and a majority of these complaints will be fixed soon... Patience is a virtue...

Here's mine:

Don't require holding down a button to progress time in tactical view.  Make it a button press to pause, and again to unpause.

I disagree with several on your list, such as individual health potions.  While it might make more sense, I like being able to use potions where they are needed.  If they split it out by person, they'd either have to restrict it to 2 pots per person, or risk defeating the purpose of limiting potions in the first place.

Make an enemy raised to fight for you by a Necromancer's Spirit Mark skill count as an ally somehow. There are sections of the game where progress is halted until all enemies have been killed, which seems to count any enemies effected by Spirit Mark.

Not a huge issue in itself, but it's a little annoying having to stand and wait for a now-allied enemy spirit's healthbar to tick away for a minute or so before you can continue progressing through an area.

I don't see the following in the list:

Add the option of putting a comment or a name for a savegame.

Should be a real easy fix, but helps a great deal.

Holy crap people! Yep, that's what I get for taking a day off! :P (Went from 60 replies to about 150 >_<) so yeah, I've updated the list as best as I could and I would like to say 2 things!

First, don't forget, this is wishful thinking, this list is here to give ideas to Bioware on what we would like to see added in DLC or patches.

And finally THANK YOUUUUU for participating so much! They will have so many ideas to work with now, DA:I future can only be brighter guys! Keep at it!!! :)

Im not sure if it was said before, i could not read everything.
What about display cases for armor/weapons? I want to keep my rare items that have historical meaning, i dont want to sell them and keeping them in inventory only takes space. Skyhold is huge so maybe add display cases for rare/unique items that we can show off everyone to see. That way i think storage chest wont be required.

Edit: or a trophy room where we can show off our equipment.

Edit2: while i agree with mostly every comment here i find it rather insulting to the developers that people still demand to change the looks of female companions. Most comments are objective, but changing companions is subjective as some people like them and some dont (which actually the forums prove, there are a lot of men liking romanceable female companions) Changing companions' looks based on someone's personal standards of beauty is wrong. OP, its your call of course, but i don not think it should be in the main wish-list. Much like you did not include comments regarding reduction of open world exploring, since those were purely subjective. There were enough topics insulting female companions. This topic is great and has really good improvement ideas. Subjective points only diminish it.

adding my voice to those who want more hair options, more armors for crafting (not.. sexy armors though. ew), and female inquisitors using more feminine animations. the way they sit and walk in cutscenes is just... Solas has a more elegant posturing than female inquisitors in some cutscenes.

The auto-move-to-attack really needs to come back. it's a bit frustrating playing meelee rogue as it is, and it's my favorite class to play after mage. I dont want to make a rogue inquisitor just to spend my entire time actually playing as a ranged character.

A way to make minor wartable missions from the camp would be nice as well. i know it's a case of gameplay and story segregation, but it's unnerving and immersion-breaking having to move all the way from the deserted butt-end of orlais to skyhold just to make sure someone is gathering resources or whatever.

And this isn't exactly a patch note, but a suggestion for future dlcs: make the racial origins matter more. except for like three dialogue choices, i might as well have been playing a human instead of a dalish elf. i could understand not using elvhen words casually even if i think it'd be GRAND for flavor and immersion if you could call your LI ma vhenan or your friends lethallin/lethallan, but the First of a Dalish Keeper asking who Mythal was was a bit absurd, to say the least. it was actually what disappointed me the most in the game, since it makes your background irrelevant, when it was so, so good in origins.

...but the First of a Dalish Keeper asking who Mythal was was a bit absurd, to say the least.

That's an issue all RPG's tend to have, though, in some way or another. Skyrim's blighted by countless moments of player character stupidity being almost enforced in the dialogue options. They do have to give newcomers enough contextual info to know what the hell's going on, so I don't envy the decision makers or writers on this one.

Yup, couldn't agree more. I'd much prefer a normal auto-attack (y'know, like wot both other DA's did done have already, BioWare... ) was implemented for the default mode, but I could just about accept a compromise and use the tac mode all the time if it allowed you to pause/unpause action, as opposed to the current input requirement.

it could be fixed by adding a dialogue wheel - an [investigate] mythal who?, a [special/dalish] WOW THE TEMPLE OF MYTHAL UNTOUCHED BY MILLENIA I BET THE KEEPER WOULD BE SHITTING THEMSELVES WITH JEALOUSY RIGHT ABOUT NOW, I AM SPEECHLESS, THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO MY PEOPLE depending on overall personality, and a neutral "ok lets go". gives the opportunity for letting newcomers into the loop and doesnt make the people who actually care about characterization sad.

It might have been overlooked from my part. But I did my best to look through for any thing in reguards to spells.

See, people gave alot of critic to DA2. Now, I actually loved DA2 in comparison to DA:O, don't get me wrong here. The deepth of the game in DA:O is still far better than DA:2. But DA:2 made me feel like a mage. An actual mage. I'm not the one who made Arcane Warriors in DA:O neither will I ever make a Knight Enchanter in DA:I.

I want to be a glass cannon, hurling fireballs, blizzards and what not from the tips of my fingers. I want to see the raw damage, not support my team and DA:2 allowed that.

Then came DA:I and I am back being a supporter, with no saying- this time. I miss actual mages and actual spells. Being a glass-canon made me a threat to regonice on the battle-field. But it also punished me if I didn't watch my back. Rogues from the Carta, could easily take me out fast if I didn't handle it.

Well, that's my two cents. In short. I want massive mage casting fireball, blizzard hurling, wind throwing, spells. :D

I have a completitionist tendency that borders OCD with certain games, and perhaps that´s why I´d love to be able to build all the upgrades on Skyhold.

It would be great to get a DLC that allows you to get everything: chantry, infinary, training grounds and garden.

On that regard, I´d also love to be able to fix the hold entirely, including dungeons and other areas. In fact, it would be nice to get actual full quests in Skyhold itself (it´s an elven ruin rebuilt afterwards and so on) to get those extra upgrades.

For the dungeon, it would also be a great excuse to visit Kal Sharok and get some dwarven engineering to fix it. ;)

Oh right. Thought you might be in borderless, as I know that causes the mouse cursor to stay sometimes.
