I only learned about Iron Bull about half way through the game, because of this i missed my chance to meet Krem in Haven and the "The Captain of the Chargers" quest isn't telling me where to go to find him. I'm not sure if i've missed my chance, there's something i'm not seeing, or if the quest is bugged, but in my journal the quest has the line telling me to meet Krem already fulfilled (little diamond thing filled in, though i'm certain i haven't spoken to Krem at all) and no indication where to go next (no quest icon on the world map).


Any ideas? I'd hate to have to miss out on such an great character.
