I've come across a quest giver that has glitched out on me. when I go to talk to it it does nothing at all. I've tried reloading/restarting/going to and from another area and it still hasnt resolved itself. The one I'm stuck on is the Wounded Chevalier at Victory Rise in the Exalted Dales.

Would like an answer from Bioware for a workaround on this.
