[Arcadinal]

I'm trying to find the 3rd Astrarium in the Hinterlands, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get on top of this giant plateau in the middle of the map, and I've been around it three times. Googling has produced plenty of guides to solving the astrarium puzzles themselves, but not how to actually get to the astrarium. Help appreciated!
